ABOUT PBP GROUP:

PBP Group is a specialist plumbing, investigations and building maintenance company that services only strata management.

-The company was founded by Peter M.E Batterham in 1987.

-Peter has been a fully licensed plumber, roofer, gas fitter & drainage contractor for now over 36 years and is still dedicated full time to on site works and operations management.

-For the first 20 years before moving into the Strata area Peter and his team concentrated on the installation and design of plumbing and roofing systems to hundreds of projects ranging from domestic to large industrial, commercial and government contracts.

-Peter is assisted by Paul Fry who is another full time employee with PBP.

-Paul has been a builder and qualified carpenter for over 35 years and has completed a lifetime of domestic, commercial and industrial projects.

-Both Peter and Paul collaborate to investigate, repair or report on almost any issue relating to a Strata building.

-PBP employs 9 staff so we are a large enough company to manage a steady flow of work requests but also small enough so that Peter or Paul are able to oversee each one.

-Over time PBP has identified the amount of Strata managers that we can successfully service at any one time and have made the decision to not extend beyond current company size or the amount of strata manager contacts.

-PBP is constantly training in and purchasing the most up to date equipment that may help with our investigations and repairs.

OUR EQUIPMENT:

We own more equipment than most other companies in the strata space and rarely need to hire machinery so it is "on hand" when urgently required..

Some of our equipment includes several various size excavators, earth moving equipment, scaffolding, concrete cutters and breakers, a few high pressure hydro jet drainage trucks, drain relining truck, many cctv cameras, borescopes, pipe tracing locators, leak detection sounders, thermal imaging, moisture and soil probe testers and more.
